Harteis Farm Hunt Structure

Hunt fee cover’s the following:

1. (1) Doe per year

2. (1) Buck per year

3. (1) Turkey per year

4. (1) Bear per year

5. Gate code for access to main farm property. (Gate code will change at renewals every other year).

6. Access to Main Harteis Farm

7. Lodging - access to barn lodging for (2) weeks in rifle deer season & (1) week of Spring Turkey season.  All else will be off limits for lodging.

8. 2-4 acres of management plots for wildlife on all Harteis Farms.

9. Access to blind and tree stand hunting in select areas in which you are designated.

10. You are required as a hunt club member to attend a mandatory work weekend to set up and check stands, also, help with farm duties. Dates for 2026 TBA.

This fee does not cover the following

1. Food for deer hunt and turkey hunt weeks. We request each member contribute $150.00 to offset food cost for deer season & Turkey season. Freddy Harteis will bring all groceries for the rifle hunt week & Turkey week.

2. Buck pool and turkey pool. Optional:  Buck pool starts on the first day of Rifle season and goes from the 1st Saturday of rifle season through the 2nd Saturday of buck season (8 days long). Cost to enter the buck pool is $200.00 per person.  Payout goes to the first 3 places.  This will be discussed in detail the day before the season starts.  You are required to arrive no later than 12 noon the day before rifle season starts. This is the Friday after Thanksgiving.

Deer Hunt Locations

1. You will have access to the (9) RSI Hunting blinds on the Harteis Farms.

2. You will have access to put up lock-on stands within your hunting locations as well
